35 inches!

my waistline :(

I have become thin for more than a year now but this wicked belly is not  cooperating. Oh well... I have just had less than ten sessions of my weight training circuit and the Rome of "abs" is not built in a day, in weeks, or sometimes (but hopefully not) in months. 

Heck. I would still exercise because it makes me feel good from within - not just my body, but my brain.

    Short remark but based on experience, it is the truth. I lost an inch with just vegetable juicing, oatmeal, and fruits diet and regular average cardio (walking) compared to regular gym workout with the "regular" diet (still a bit loaded with carbohydrates). So I will use the two-edged blade - proper diet and regular exercise. To show those abs and to tone those muscles.

    Abs are more diet than exercise.
