3/21/13 - Start

As of Christmas I had allowed myself to get to 210-215 lbs
Mid February, quit drinking beer throughout the week!! What an excellent start. This is really where it all begins. Descipline.
Dieting soon followed, within a month I had eliminated seconds. Healthy snacks-->Healthy breakfast-->Less salt on foods...
Roughly around 3/9/13 went jogging for the first time in 3-4 years. 3 blocks. Once a week for first week or two, distance doubles.
3/17 - Jogging 1 mile in morning, 3x week Sun, Wed, Fri   Sit Ups Begin!
3/20 - Push Ups Begin

Already to 199.0lbs
10lb loss in 2 weeks, dieting and "the Rocky Way"

Goal of 170/175, maybe by October...?
