3-9-2005 (FT Routine: Arms)

Pretty decent workout - wasn't too terribly tired, but I felt that I got the muscles good. I went a bit extra on the abs so I could feel a good burn on the way out.

Wed. is my weigh/measure day. BF seems to be down about .5% (on FT's calculations). Another couple weeks and I would expect this to go down a full percent. :)

I've lost about 10 pounds of "dead" weight since I started this in January. :)

I have decided to take a "fun" week at the gym next week, while Bren is in her last week. Thereafter I am going to do another mass/strength routine, but this time with ABs and Chest added in. Thereafter, I'll go for a definition program which should take me into the summer.

Lastly, I've also decided I am going to try to start eating fish once a week. Bren said she is going to go for it too - once a month. We'll make a family fish night out of it, I guess. I'm am the official MEAT COOK though. *ROFL*
