Did cardio on lunch at work today. I made it about 10 minutes into the jog/run before I wished for death - I think thats my tolerance improving.
30 mins @ 5.4 mph
3 mins @ 7.5 mph (sprint)
3 mins @ 3.5 mph (cool down)
Did some lifts too:
Wide Grip Cable Pulldown: 12x100,10x110,10x120
Arnold DB Presses: 12x25,12x25
Seated Cable Rows: 12x140,12x140,10x150
Incline Crunchs: 25,25
