Started my last week on my FT program. :)

Late night workout. Felt pretty good and I made good progress, but I didn't feel (at the time) that I had had that good of a workout. Didn't feel exhausted enough.

Tossed and turned sleeping though - definitely sore. It was a better workout than what I had thought. Made sufficient steps in weight load/maxs.
