First workout (really) using free weights instead of machines. Okay - I can't seem to lift as much on free weights but I'm really concentrating on developing decent form on them as well. I'll get there.

After this workout, my chest really felt it. Also, my Bi-s - I could very much feel on the curls.

I did cardio for 17 mins at the end. I forgot my tennis shoes, so I ran in my socks.
