Cut out of work a bit early and went to the gym. Wanted to do some more lifting. Finished with a bit more cardio at the end - nothing too bad. Working off the guilt and trying to break down my body. Weird how that works. I'm pretty sore today and it feels good. I have a tough workout tonight so it should be pretty good.
Seated Fly: 10x180,9x200,8x230,7x240
Rear Deltoid Fly: 6x210,6x180
Machine Pulldown: 10x190,9x195,8x200
Shoulder Press: 10x95,8x100,5x105
Cable Crunch: 20x155,15x150,15x145
Ab Machine (Life Fitness): 12x150,10x160,4x175
I'm quitting the Rear Deltoid Fly Machine - it pulls my skin and hurts. Any suggestions for replacement exercises?
