Wow – I had a really good workout. Thank god.

Caught “Runners High” around 25 mins or so

35 mins @ 5.4 mph
3 mins @ 7.5 mph
2 mins @ 3.5 mph

Did some lifting too:

Arnold DB Press: 10x25, 8x30, 8x30
Rev. Grip Cable Pulldown: 10x100,10x110,8x120,3x140
Tricep Cable Pushdown: 10x50,10x60,8x70,10x70
Cable Curl: 10x50, 3x60

No juice left. My arms are PUMPED – holy crap. Shoulders are bulked too. I haven’t noticed that before! I need to measure my arms to see progress. They are getting really big – at least by my standards.
