1st day completed on new FT program.
I'm fighting some serious motivation problems. It's taking everything I have to keep at this. In the 4 days off I took, not only did I gain several pounds (I'm sure some of that is water and so forth) but I feel like I'm significant fatter too. Saturday was a ritualistic day of the year for me and my diet was HORRIBLE that day.
Anyway, I'm a lot less happy with the way I look. Hopefully getting back on the program will help me there. I need to eat smarter and feel good about my progress again.

Everything feels tougher than it did only a week or two ago. I'm gonna hit cardio today at lunch - goaling for a mere 35 mins (5.4ish) - see if I can at least do that at the same level as I was getting to.
