Saturday was my official last day of my 8 week build mass program from FT. YAY! This is the first time I have finished a workout program. I have signed up for another 8 weeks and extended the use to more free weights and added in the chest & abs special program. Also, I have increased the # of days from 3 to 4. I will start this routine on the 21st. This week, I will hit the gym with Brenda while she finishes her 8th week.
