Friday's workout is about making sure sufficient progress (in my mind) has been made in all my lifts. I guess what it really means is for my own sanity, that the previous week's workout, I really put my all in everything. Friday is an extra workout.

Standing Cable Crossovers: 6x100,12x80,8x90

Machine Dip: 10x190,12x175,10x185
Standing Overhead Cable Extensions: 8x85,11x75,8x80
Cable Curls with Preacher Bench: 8x65,10x60,6x70
Machine Crunch: 12x105,9x105,10x100
Seated Twists: 22x205,10x205,10x205
Cable Crunch: 9x155,10x150,10x140
Brenda joined me on the chest routine. It was a good workout - went at it hard.
