Cardio at work gym today.
30 mins @ 5.4mph
3 mins @ 7.5mph
3 mins @ 3.6mph

Hit some weights too - don't really care if it will not matter because of cardio. Weird weight system they have here anyway. Golds is for the serious weight training.
Wide Grip Pulldown: 12x100,10x110,6x120
Arnold DB Press: 15x30,10x25
Machine Row: 12x140,10x140,10x150
Incline Crunch: 26, 26
Mach. Cable Crunch: 12x60,10x60,10x70
Seated Fly: 12x150,12x170,12x180
