Just went and did cardio at the work gym.

29mins x 5.4mph
1min x 7.3mph
3mins x 3.5mph

Hated it.

Lat Pulldowns: 12x100, 12x110, 8x120
Seated Flys: 12x150, 12x160, 10x170
Arnold DB Press: 10x20, 10x20

I hate cardio.
