2nd week

Hi all! Only just got chance to start 'flogging' ;-) lol. Well i'm into my second week now of a new regime which involves an hour of cardio and then an hour of core exercises and weights. Have put on 4lbs in weight and now upto 12 stone 2lbs. I'm quite pleased as only a few months ago i was less than 11 stone. Am hoping weight going on in the right places..will wait and see
