24 day challenge

day 3 of the advocare 24 day challenge and i need work out ideas! my energy is low and caloric intake is as well... but i need to work out . i have done some pretty pathetic cardio the past 3 days but i'm getting my motivation back and need easy quick workouts so i can be effective with what little energy i have!!! HELP!
