calf raises 25 reps 3sets body weight (234Lbs)

very very sore triceps and calfs (very difficult to walk)
calf raises KILLED me

triceps sore/calfs veryvery sore (difficult to walk)

shoulders & back
rear deltoids 12reps 3 sets 50Lbs
lateral raise 10 reps 3 sets 50Lbs
diverging lat pulldowns 15 reps 3 sets 70Lbs
lateral raises 12reps 3 sets 10Lbs
shrugs 12 reps 3 sets 25Lbs each
