Rower for warm-up

3 x Ball squats @ 20kg
3 x Calf raises @ 42.5kg
3 x Lunges @ 20kg
3 x Deadlifts @ 20kg

Cardio = 10 mins each

Upright bike level 5 - 4 x 30 secs at level 10
Treadmill @ 4.2mph 2% gradient

Various ab exercises using swiss ball and hyperextension

Good work-out - legs very shaky at the end. Wish I could improve my balance doing lunges. Static at the moment or else I'll break something!
