Well yesterday I only worked out for about 10 minutes, and burned 110 calories. 
I ate chinese food, which wasn't good at all for me to do. But today will do better, I hope.

    Hope today was better for you. Every morning when you get up you should go to a mirror and look at yourself. Ask yourself if you like what you see. If you don't then work on those issues. If you do! Congratulations you have reached your goals.
