Seated Twists: 3 sets of 15
Leg Raises: 2 sets 15 1 set of 11
Crunches: 10X15 15X15 25X15
25 Minutes Alpine Pass Treadmill Program Max grade 8% speed 3.8 mph
Tuesday
Warm up - see above
Seated DB Presses 25X12 27.5X12 30X8 35X4
Seated Lateral Raises: 10X14 12.5X11 15X6 15X6
Bent Over DB Laterals: 20X12 22.5X8 25X5 25X5
Reverse Calf Raises: 4 sets 12 12 10 8
25 Minutes treadmill Forest Walk max grade 8.5% speed 3.8mph
