Hit the gym to do a chest/abs workout outside of my FT program - basically focusing on pushing the weights of the exercises. Did pretty good.

Seated Chest Fly: 12x105, 10x110, 8x115, 8x120
Machine Press: 10x125, 10x125, 8x130, 3x130
Lateral Pulldown: 10x140, 10x150, 8x160, 8x165
Rear Deltoid Seated Fly: 10x155, 10x160, 8x165, 8x170
Seated Dip: 10x150, 10x150, 8x155, 8x160
Machine Crunches: 10x80, 10x80, 8x85, 8x85
Seated Twist: 12x205, 10x205, 10x205, 10x205

I'm still pretty wimpy on the press, but it's going up albeit slowly, but still... Good improvements (for me) elsewhere though.

Today is an off day...
