Okay - hit the gym Friday basically to make sure I made progress in most of my muscle groups this week. Strained my right oblique during Reverse Grip Tricep Pushdowns (what the...) That toned down a lot of the abs work :(

Seated Machine Row: 12x150,10x160,10x165
Machine Dips: 15x155,10x165,10x175
Machine Tricep Extentions: 12x90,15x80,10x85
Standing Two Hand Cable Curls: 10x85,10x95,6x100
Machine Crunches: 25x50,20x60,15x70,10x80
Cable Crunches: 15x120,15x130,15x140
Arnold DB Press: 12x20,20x20
Bench Press: 8x150,4x135
