Decent workout - Arms did alright. Gave it my all on the Machine BiCep curls and didn't have much left to make any gains on the standing cable curls - I'll hit that in an extra workout Fri. or Sun. I guess. I hit the abs pretty heavy - the burn felt good and they hurt pretty good and still do this morning. My supplemental stuff wasn't really full force, but thats okay - thats why it's supplemental I suppose.
Oh yeah - our dog, Spam, has Kennel Cough.
