Ummmm. Kinda forgot to do the cardio. :-O
I felt that this was a really great lifting routine - I seemed to have just an endless supply of energy. I thought I did great benches, great flys, cable crunches, and even handled 19 reps of the seated twist well. Tomorrow (which is today now) is arm day, so I went easy on them.
