Had an alright workout at Gold's today. 5 mins cardio - take that to the bank baby!
Today was mostly a chest workout & I was still pretty tired from yesterday's workout. Tuesday is our no-lift/off day so I went for it today anyway - alot of willing. Sustained 135 on my presses today - which is really good for me. 8 weeks ago I was at 90-70 lbs, so that is marked improvement in strength - almost respectable even. Bumped up in Seated Flys today again. Worked abs pretty hard after FT workout. Not mentally a great day but worth a good rest in the sauna.
