Used the work gym today. This is good, because I felt HORRIBLE about the way I worked out yesterday and this gave me a chance to make up for it.
- 15 mins cardio (treadmill, 12x5.5mph,2x7.0mph,1x4.0mph)
- 4 sets of Flys (12x120,12x120,10x120,10x120)
- 4 sets of Lat Pulldowns (12x100,12x100,10x100,10x110)
- 4 sets of Overhead Press (12x50,12x50,10x50,10x50)
- 3 sets of Crunches (25,25,25)
Happier now. :)
