Okay workout - but unmotivated though. Abs workout sucked - had nothing to give yesterday - nothing left mentally to make it happen either :( I did do good on cardio though - that felt awesome - big progress. Arms getting bigger and chest firming too. Hints of cuts by abs. Hoping Cardio will help get rid of the fat layer protecting by Abs from being seen.
