1st workout in Korea

Opened workout with pics, then Beyonce's Move Your Body. Today was majorly a stretching workout. May need to increase reps/sets in the future if they don't increase quickly over the next couple of workouts. Ate really bad today. Two coffees, pizza bread, some sort of chocolate raisen bread? Bowl of cereal. Not sure about dinner but probs just ramen. After shower. Today is Sunday, but I did Monday's workout in case I get behind during the week.
Overall, feeling motivated but underworked during this workout.
