1st Week of Mutt Challenge

Made it to the gym every day this week. Whoo-hoo! Yesterday was leg day. I feel it today. I really pushed myself, thanks in no small part to my recent purchase of "Pumping Iron--25th Anniversary Edition." I just was motivated enough to dig down for a couple of extra reps on everything. The sweat was pouring off me (as usual), and I could hardly walk, but in the long run it'll be worth it. My play closes this weekend, and while I have enjoyed it, it makes me run around like an idiot making sure I get everything done...work, gym, show...ugh. Week Two is coming, and I'm ready for it. It would be great to drop 20 lbs of fat. According to the online deal we're using, I have 60 lbs of fat on me. What a wake-up call.
