1st Flog 👌🏾

Well I decided if I'm gonna do this right, I'd better write 📝sometimes in my Flog since I'm a rather forgetful person🙃.
I did one month of a introductional plan from Freetrainers just to get my body used to working out again. I recently switched to a more advanced Mass Building workout and finished the first two days. I have to say I like the workouts so far...I'm motivated and I've already noticed SMALL 😉 changes since I started a little over a month ago. It's amazing how quickly muscle memory comes back. I know there will come a time when I plateau but for now I'm pretty happy with the progress 👏🏾 I'm making. I was quite embarrassed 😳 the first time I started again and the weights I THOUGHT 🤔💭 I should be lifting was NOWHERE near what I could actually lift 🏋🏾♂️. Humbling experience to say the least haha 😜.
Anyway let's see 👀 how I progress with my little "self experiment" of lifting without changing my diet. I actually eat 🍽 fairly (🍕🍻🍔)healthy anyway, but I don't REALLY wanna change my eating habits since I'm in pretty decent shape (thanks mom and dad for the great genetics👍🏾) and my doctor says I'm in good health...so why should I? I'm doing this more out of vanity 😇 than health reasons to be honest. I am a 44 year old former professional basketball player ⛹🏽♂️ who is now a teacher 👨🏾🏫...why would I deprive myself of the food that I like? To be HEALTHIER? Nah..at least for the moment I will pass 🤙🏾...and that's not a knock on anyone that has revamped their diet or something like that...just my personal choice...who knows 🤷🏾♂️, I might change my mind after a year...let's see...
