1st day of back program!

started my exercises from "treat your own back" today. I am very optimistic about them - I felt an immediate improvement afterwards.

It is basically 4 exercises where you hyperextend your back to get your lordosis back, then after the acute pain has subsided, there is a progression of 3 flexion exercises, to prevent stiffness developing in the healing ligaments.

You are supposed to do the exercises 6-8 times a day.

Yesterday I did 30mins on the elliptical and 2 sets of back exercises.
