1st day

- wasn't difficult
- push-ups and crunches were chalenging
- stretches weren't easy
- my lower back muscles hurt a bit; i think it's because of the arm exercises

    I agree. I just started the beginner workout and I had the same issues. Still, compared to some beginner workouts this was at least doable. I've tried some and then quit again because I hurt so much the pain was excruciating, and I paid for those! This was free and easier than others I've done in the past. Keep blogging though. Reading yours gives me motivation to keep going.
