1st Day

Well I have actually been procrastinating, so I didnt get my first couple days in. But tonight I decided to start before I went to bed. I was going down the list, and I believe if I keep this up everyday during the week I will beable to lose a few pounds and tone up. I want to be a healthy weight and just be healthy in general. I believe things are going to be great once I get a routine going :)
