20minutes of stairs in the morning followed by a very short morning yoga routine. 40 minutes of alternating stair machine and treadmill (the usual) with another very short hamstring recovery yoga. At night 30 minutes of jump rope (with short breaks) and 10 minutes of stretching yoga.
