Warmed up on rower

shoulder press @ 6kg
shrugs @ 10kg
arnie press @ 6kg
rotator cuff @ 4kg

Cardio:

10 mins on upright bike (level 5/10) with 30 sec max power
10 mins on treadmill @ 4mph gradient 1.5%

Abs exercises at the end

Really good work-out today. Short on time so kept the momentum going. After yesterday's flat work-out felt a lot better - even on the bike.
