It's been a long while since I've been in the gym, almost a month! All I can say is I've been really busy at work - away from home for the last week to ten days but now I'm back and raring to get into it. Trying to get my work-out changed to keep it fresh but my trainer is very popular so might take a bit of time. Anyway here's today.

10 min warm-up on rower

ball squats - 3x20kg
calf raises - 3x42.5kg
lunges - 3x20kg
deadlifts - 3x20kg

Cardio pt 1 (btwn 1st & 2nd set)
10 mins upright bike - level 5 - 4x30sec bursts level 10

Cardio pt 2 (btwen 2nd & 3rd set)
10 mins treadmill - 1.5% gradient, 4mph

Finished off with abs using the swiss ball and the weighted ball to failure doing a couple of exercises.

Really felt the difference of being away from the gym. I was okay with the actual weights but felt sluggish on the cardio.
