So, Hi! I'm Amy. I have been working out with trainers for the past 4 years and loving it. But I couldn't really afford to keep up the lifestyle (They are expensive!) So I took the course and got certified to be a PT, which is great, but I don't want a job, I want to figure out how to plan fun workouts that are both cardio and weights that will keep me excited about going to the gym without the fun of having a trainer to talk to during my workout.
Also, I am afraid to go to the free weight section alone. Could never use a bar without a trainer.
Did I mention I am 56 years old?
Have arthritis?
Yeah, well, that's me. Today I completed the top half of the balance ball workout and did a 30 minute spin class at the gym.
So what do I do tomorrow? I know of yoga class in the morning, but what about cardio? or lower body?
Knowing what to do and how to keep it in balance ... Balance is always tricky....
