Okay - pretty cool. I was down to 165 this morning. I haven't been on a scale in weeks (had been 170, 169, 168, 169 the last times) and pretty much committed to not caring about it by itself. I have been down to about 145, but my ideal weight probably will end up being about 150-155. Pretty cool surprise.

I had an excellent workout today. Sunday is "free" day - get to work out what I want to outside the FT program and pretty much have all the time one could want to do it.

Well - pretty tired afterwards. Sat in the sauna for 15 minutes.

Wife taught me a couple yoga stretches that target the obliques, so I'll have to take that into account tomorrow when I'm sore.
