Todays workout kicked my ass (literally) - I have no idea why. I felt nearly nausest/dizzy like I did on the first day 6 weeks ago. Okay, anyway, here are my improvements with reps:
- SINGLE LEG PRESS
up to 150 (from 130)
- HAMSTRING CURL
up to 160 (from 150)
- STANDING CALF RAISES
up to 220 (from 180)
- MACHINE FLY
up to 100 :) (from 90)
- REAR DELT
up to 150 (from 145)
So, good improvements in max in lots of exercises, despite feeling like the grim reaper was standing over me. Geez - did I really push it that hard or was it just one of those days? In fairness to the improvements though, the leg presses and the calf raises are probably more a credit to just finding the right weight. I'm extremely proud of the seated fly though - it was only 6 weeks ago, I started this and could only do 55 with reps.
In addition to the normal FT routine, I did:
Seated Fly - 10@90, 9@95, 8@100
Rear Delt - 10@145, 9@150, 8@150
Machine Twists - 10@200, 10@165
