Hit the gym for an hour or so. Used quite a bit of the gyms new "Life Fitness" equipment. VERY tired physcially afterwards.

Today I noticed so back muscles (delts) starting to be defined (or perhaps, I just saw them for the first time EVER). Also, I noticed some more oblique, but perhaps I was just wishful thinking on that one. :)
