Okay - so we had some extra time tonight open up and we decided to hit the gym, again. This is the 5th day in a row so today definitely has to be a rest day. This has gotten really addicitive for Bren and I.
Anyway, Bren wanted to hit the butt muscles, so we did 4 type of lifts that worked in and around the butt. We did a couple chests and a couple more abs.

Quite a bit of progress on all of the above weights. Knowing that it will most likely be Saturday/Sunday until I get back to the gym (day 3 of my FT program) - I really pushed myself.
On the crunches, I realized that my abs really need a break. Going for the first one, I had a very sharp (not good) feeling in my upper abs. I modified my form which mostly eliminated the pain and allowed me to finish out the day.
I also got all the way up to 195lbs on the seated twist. That was a killer! There are only two more incremental weights on that puppy though - they are beckoning me. I definitely want to be able to max out that machine with my reps. I'll get 'em! :)
This is great - I totally understand how people get addicted to this.
