Fairly heavy bicep/tricep workout. Didn't feel like it was intense enough or enough chest but afterwards it feels okay.

Hit the machine crunches to work more on ABS and also was fairly surprised at the amount of weight I was able to do on the the machine twist for 10 reps (170lbs). I believe I can do more weight on that too - I'm gonna shoot for 190 on the scheduled workout.

Did additional:

Machine Twists: 1x10x70
Seated Flyes: 1x10x80
Machine Crunch: 2x10x30
Machine Crunch: 2x10x40
