Good workout - slightly fatigued. Did extra:

Delts:

3x1x95
2x12x95
1x10x105
1x7x125

Machine Crunches:

1x10x30

- Can possibly see some "cuts" in upper abs by rib cage.
- Biceps seem more "full" - not much in bulk when flexed but definitely firmer all the way around.
