06/06/06 What a day!
It sure brought out some freaky people at work today. Yesterday was crazy also, I had to work 3 hours overtime cause my assistant is on vacation. So I couldn't squeeze in a work out yesterday :( The weather was great today (74) with a fresh breeze, so I decided to work out at home and outside. It took me 15 min. to figure out why my stairmaster wasn't working right, then half way into my workout one of my neightbors decided that it was a great time to BBQ. My dogs were so excided that I was outside with them and they hardly left me alone. It was hard to concentrate and I felt kind of weak today. 1 week sure makes a difference. Also, switching the plates on my DB got really time consuming. Oh well LOL
Todays Target Muscle Groups:
-Chest - Shoulder - Back-
8 min. cardio (stairmaster) warm up
target muscle stretching
-(DB) Flat Bench Press (4 sets; 14-19lbs; 12-6 reps)
-(DB) Incline Bench Flys (4 sets; 9-14lbs; 12-6 reps)
-Push Ups (rest on knees) (3 sets; BW; 10 reps)
-(SS) (DB) Front Raises alternating with (DB) Lateral Raises (3 sets each; 10-19lbs; 10-6 reps)
-Ball Bridge (5 sec. hold) (4 sets; BW; 10 reps)
-(DB) Ball Pull-Overs (4 sets; 10-24; 12-6 reps)
followed by some sunbathing :)
