I definitely feel like I'm getting better at allowing myself to eat and feel good about it. I don't feel as guilty as before. I'm doing better and am also getting better at stopping when I've had just what I need.
I do feel positive progress is being made. And I have gone two days now without getting on the scale and wanting to know what it says. I think that's the longest I've ever gone... It was my most impulsive behavior. I used to weigh myself at least threee times a day...
I am also very pleased with my results so far on my program and next week is my 8th week. :-) I have also started doing more cardio work during the day and am seeing benefits from that as well. :-)
I'm feeling pretty darn 'healthy' these days. :-)
