I just bought an elliptical, I work out on it about 3 times a week, usually 30 minute sessions. I cant seem to stay motivated. What are some good motivational tips if any? Also if im trying to lose about 5-10 lbs, and Im workin out 3 times a week, how long do you think it will take me to lose the wieght?
