been trying to gain weight by eating alot it wont work..need some help please

You must not be eating enough, eat more. How often do you eat?

eat more most people who say they eat enough really arent if you arent gaining eat your body will have to react eventually make sure your training is in check also but 9 times out of ten its not the training. tell us more mabye we can help you. how many cals to you average a day? whats your workout look like? bodyweight?

This diet has worked wonders for me lately! I've gained 6 lbs in 4 weeks and lost 3% bodyfat eating like this:

wake-up 6:00: 20 gram protein shake

off to the gym:)

breakfast: 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites with a cup of oatmeal and a multi-vitamin

off to work:(

snack: 40 gram protein shake mixed w/milk and an apple

lunch: chicken breast or tuna w/rice or sweat potato and some kind of vegetable

snack: 20 gram protein shake mixed w/milk and a cup of cottage cheese

dinner: whatever my wife cooks...she knows to cook a balanced meal w/chicken, fish, or lean beef

before bed: cup of cottage cheese and a cup of oatmeal

It's easy when you cook all of your lunches on sunday and pack them for the work week! If you're like me and you don't have set breaktimes at work, set an alarm on your cell-phone to remind you when it's time to eat!

It also helps if you mix your shakes the every night before you go to bed..they're handy when you need them!
