gahhh i dont know what to do anymore i was anorexic befor and i think i might half to go back again to loose weight of my legs like seriously i'am 104 lbs and i'am 5' 3"

any thoughts:)

Do you ever hear of someone who is anorrexic having a husband or a boyfriend??? NO, because they don't pretty or slender, they look sickly and boney. Get help!!!

You need to have a trainer who knows about anorexia and can coach you through the process. Just don't do it alone.

i suggest picking up your bathroom scale and smashing it against the counter. It is just a number, your weight is accually currently were is should be according to a weight table, a female who is 5'3" should weight 104 - 127 lbs. But you should get help from a professional Please do not go through this alone.

bleh. I was 100 pounds and 5'4...then I found....CREATINE. =]. Anyway, I asked my doctor about being underweight. Turns out I was fine.
