Velasca, has made what I think is one the most wild transformations here. She needs all our support and lets give it to her GO get em!!!!!! -------------- Curl Jockeys, get outta the squat rack! Velasca Posts: 441 Joined: 2006/10/26	2007/09/23, 06:01 PM update... post binge shopping.. bag of tostitos jar of queso steak and chese chimichangas for lunch italian sausage lasagna white bread, peanut butter and jelly preserves ben and jerrys half baked..and cherry garcia 2/$6 T bone steak keeblers peanut butter chocolate lovers cookies some almond, honey, nutty cereal of some sort fruit on the bottom yogurt..not fat free.. texas toast blast o butter popcorn giving myself full glutteny for one week..then back to a crash diet for a few weeks, then maintenance diet and lifting heavy for the winter.. :D -------------- I am proof there isnt a *set point* :D
