 In combination with your body type, goals, and specifications in your Exercise Profile, we at FreeTrainers will provide for you specific exercise programs to match your selections. The Special Programs are designed to meet goals which our regular programs cannot fulfill. The 12 week Abdominals Blast! program will not interfere with your regular exercise programs which you have selected previously. If you have chosen to do the 12 week Abs Special, here is a brief summary:

 The 12 week Abs Special is intended for both men and women of all ages. Results will vary slightly amongst our members due to variables such as body types, diet and physical fitness. However, all members will achieve great improvements if they follow our guidelines as they are given.

 We have designed this special abdominals program so that it may be performed by beginners as well as advanced members. You will target all three major areas of your waist; upper & lower abdominals as well as your obliques. The program is designed to start you off slow, allowing your abdominal muscles to adapt to the exercises and respond with development. The final 5 weeks of the program are very intense and will truly test your will and determination.
