Hanging in there I weighed this morning and I'm at 358. I know the weight is going to come off technically i have lost 22 lbs since august, but since i am not sure when that was i have lost 7 in 2 weeks (one of which was thanksgiving) I am proud of myself...and on the sad side with my broke toe i cant do cardio so hopefully my increased weight routine will still help. I may have lost only 7 But my arms are bigger than before!

Whenever I think that 10 pounds isn't a lot of weight for me to have lost, I go to the grocery store and pick up a ten pound sack of potatoes. Then I think, I'm not carrying this around anymore! It's a great motivator!:)

You will not put on 5 lbs....metabolism, etc. just does not change that rapidly. Eat smart, a calorie deficit is a calorie deficit. You can do it with just diet.

here we go again pushing myself i know i wont be able to
pick up my arms or something tomorrow, tonight's workout:

2.1 miles cardio( i have been neglecting it)
dumbell incline curls (both arms same time) 16x16, 26x12, 36x10, 36x8
dumbell flat bench presses 26x16, 36x12, 36x10, 56x8(PR)
dumbell shrugs (first time doing them) 36x14, 56x12 (easy)

Military Press (challenge) 55x10,65x10,75x10,85x10,95x10,105x7,115x6, 145x5

Feeling good finally got some shape shwoing up in arms without flexing them (HUGE IMPROVEMENT) feel I am focusing too much on upper body but not quite comfortable with lower body stuff quite yet although I am trying to work on incorporating them in...I got great legs just need to make sure working all of those muscles down there

Offically my rest day SO WITH THAT SAID HERE'S WHAT I DID LOL!!!

I went out tonight to my fav hangout my bud from high school's wing place they do a tuesday trivia...Held myself to 10 grilled wings no sauce, no dips, no fries, and water feeling good about even my bud was like keep it up bro:cool:...so with that in mind I left my car at the place and went home ran/walked from my home after about 15 mins resting in house wore the pedometer my nurse from insurance company mailed me cuz i wasnt sure of this milage, and ill drive it later to find out... but the ped read 5.23 kms with like 5300 steps or so pretty cool to push myself that hard all the way and I felt when i got to my car i could kept going but it was late and nowhere to stop safely if i really had to so I went home

agree with mutt on the bor
as for the squat - I thnk that you have made some good improvement. what I can say is that you are going down too fast. i would slow that down some but good job
